I brought my ‘16 Explorer in with a coolant leak. I was helped by Paul, he and the crew were able to confirm what the issue was, and they were able to immediately work on the repair and had my truck back to me in a couple days (had to have the water pump replaced, which is a labor intensive repair on these Explorers). When it came to price, Paul was able to work with me and they even offer finance options that are really great. All in all, a great experience.
